Product Description:
Sourced from the lush forests of Mt. Matutum, this rare Wild Civet Coffee is naturally foraged by the Blaan community—harvested with care and respect for the land and wildlife. Wild civets selectively consume only the ripest coffee cherries. After natural fermentation in their digestive systems, the beans are collected in the jungle and meticulously cleaned, sun-dried, and processed to bring out an extraordinarily smooth, low-acidity cup.
This exceptional micro-lot yields only 0g to 200g per day, making every batch incredibly rare and sought after.
Tasting Notes:
Smooth, rich body with earthy undertones, dark chocolate, and subtle hints of spice and caramelized fruit. Balanced acidity and a lingering, velvety finish.
Why It’s Special:
Hand-foraged in the wild by the Blaan community, this coffee is a true gift of nature—untouched by industrial farming and grounded in indigenous knowledge. A cup of Wild Civet Coffee from Mt. Matutum is not just a luxury—it’s a journey through the rainforest in every sip.
A product of farmers, not traders, this coffee is a tribute to sustainable practices and the remarkable skill of the people behind every bean. Savor the taste of passion and tradition in every cup.
