Mt. Matutum Specialty Arabica is made from the shade-grown coffee beans grown and roasted by the Blaan (indigenous people) and local dedicated coffee farmers in a community farm at mount Matutum at the province of South Cotabato, Philippines at a mountain elevation of 1000-1500masl., giving it caramel, nutty, apricot and honey taste notes.
