PHILIA's Tablea is an heirloom recipe inspired by Lola Aquilla. Made from roasted, ground, and molded nibs of fermented pure (100%) Philippine cacao beans, it contains no added sugar or additives.
Sourced from the rainforests of Davao's provinces, these organic cacao beans are naturally processed, mostly by hand, preserving a tradition passed down through generations.

Preparation Instructions for PHILIA's Tablea:
Recommended Ratios per Tablea Tablet:

Thick Chocolate Drink (Tsokolate Eh):
- 1 tablet per 100ml liquid (including milk).

Traditional Chocolate Drink (Tsokolate Ah):
- 1 tablet per 200ml liquid (including milk).
How to Prepare:
- Boil your desired amount of water or milk.
- Add 1 Tablea tablet per the ratio above.
- Stir continuously to ensure the tablet melts evenly and prevent burning (especially when cooking).
- Sweeten with Coco Sugar (recommended) or your preferred sweetener. Add milk for a creamier taste if desired.
Tips:
- Our Tablea melts easily and can be prepared without a traditional batirol. However, we highly recommend boiling it for 20–30 seconds to release the natural cocoa butter for a richer flavor.
- For best results, always mix well and serve hot!
