PHILIA's TABLEA is an heirloom recipe of Lola Aquilla. Made from roasted, ground, and molded nibs of fermented PURE (100%) Philippine cacao beans without added sugar and other additives.  These organic cacao beans were from the rainforests of the provinces at Davao region. 

ALL our tablea are naturally processed mostly by HAND, following a tradition passed down through generations.

Tablea is best as breakfast partner as hot chocolate drink or hot chocolate porridge (champorado). Also best for other chocolate recipes, desserts and drinks without the guilt as PURE cacao comes with countless health benefits.
